SWEAT Is a calorie-burning cardio and strength workout.
We incorporate a generous dose of weight training, as we know how effective strength work is to the overall picture of health.
However, the degree of movement complexity is a little more straight forward with none of the Olympic barbell lifts and gymnastics you’ll see in HYBRID.
Sweat sessions will utilise bodyweight movements, cardio machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more to increase your heart rate, burn fat, promote lean muscle growth, and develop overall conditioning.

These sessions are suited to anyone looking to further enhance athletic development or elements specific to fitness as a sport i.e functional fitness competitions.
We will develop skills in gymnastic movements, continue to build on strength and technique in the more advanced barbell lifts and integrate these in a metabolic conditioning (metcon) setting as well.
