Everyone who is new to CrossFit must start off by attending our ELEMENTS (Beginners) program. This is a series of 4 sessions that will ensure you are competent with the fundamentals of Crossfit and get the most out of our WOD's.
We will take you through progressions of body weight movement patterns and basic gymnastic skills. You will be guided through the primary lifts and introduced to olympic lifting at an entry level. You'll get familiar with using barbells, kettlebells, med-balls plus other tools we utilise and also experience workouts programmed with a metabolic conditioning approach.
